Thank you for shopping with Master Trainers! Below you’ll find all the information you need about how we handle shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated by quantity which effects the size of the tracked package we can fit your order into.
All orders with 1-14 zip pulls are shipped in Medium and Large Prepaid Tracked Envelopes.
Any orders with 15 or more zip pulls are shipped in Small and Medium Prepaid Satchels.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, public holidays etc.).
Pre-Order Items
If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.
We do not offer split shipments for orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items.
If you would like in-stock items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. Stay tuned for updates as we expand internationally.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mastertrainers.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it ASAP.
